Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery all over Pakistan. Delivery timelines are determined by the logistics provider and may vary depending on location, route, operational conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen delays. Shipping charges are calculated from Karachi.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We offer returns, exchanges, and refunds subject to our applicable policy terms.

Returns are allowed within 15 days
Exchanges are allowed
Refunds are allowed
Sale items are eligible for return and exchange
Made-to-order or custom items are also eligible for return and exchange

All return, exchange, and refund requests may be subject to product condition review and internal approval where applicable.
